The first external workshop on image sequence processing to study dynamical processes was held on June 4-6, 1997. The location of the Workshop was the Interdisciplinary Center for Scientific Computing, University of Heidelberg. It was hosted by the DFG Research Unit "Image Sequence Analysis to Investigate Dynamic Processes". Participans of the DFG Research Group include the Interdisciplinary Center for Scientific Computing, the Institute for Environmental Physics and the Institute for Botany.
